Hello everyone! My name is Natalia, I am mother to the strongest and smartest human being that I have ever met! Luis Erick, who is now five, has been one of the greatest blessings my family has ever received. Being the only baby boy on my side of my family, Erick (what he usually goes by) has been blessed with love and with a father and mother who love him to infinity and beyond! He is definitely unique, has many quality traits and is one of the strongest kids i have ever met.

As for me, I am many titles: mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend. Born in California, I consider myself more from Asheville, NC as I have been here since I was two! My whole life has been based here, from kindergarten to graduation, meeting my best friend and marrying him, to seeing my sweet boy grow up in these beautiful mountains, Asheville has been everything to me. I am also a music, car, movie, history and most importantly, a make up lover. On top of all of that, I am a proud Mexican- American and proud sister of an American Solider.

  On June 6, 2017 in the evening of a hospital room, my sweet Erick was diagnosed with leukemia, and as of that day our worlds were turned upside down. He has been confirmed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. As of right now, I have never been so lost in my life as I am now, hopefully this blog can me and other mothers understand and learn how to deal with this new "normal".
