The last blog of 2018

As the year is coming to an end, all I can say is "wow". Wow that another blessed year has gone by and that Erick is doing so well, with the exception that he does have a bit of a cold crud. But other than that, Erick has his last appointment of the year on December 24th. His counts were a little low but not enough to stop treatment all together. So far we are ending the year well.

Merry late Christmas to everyone, I hope everyone had a great holiday season! 🎄 While our Christmas was a very chill, I am so, so very lost with what day we are at or what time I should go to sleep lol. So as the year is coming to an end I am excited to see where this year takes us and happy that Erick's treatment is another year down. The last time we asked, the doctors told us that Erick was going to finish his treatment August 2020, it might have changed a little from the last time we ask, but as each day passes I can't help but be excited that August 2020 is coming closer and closer.

I wanted to share with everyone our highlight for this year and apologize ahead of time because I think that I shared some with the first blog that I typed this year.

- Luis started his company again and has been successful.

- Erick started kindergarten and is doing amazing!

- We were featured on a local newspaper!

- Erick has been doing so well in maintenance and in physical therapy.

- I turned 21! ( just kidding, I wish)

- and many more tiny victories have been accomplished! (unfortunately I can't think of anymore on the top of my head and Luis is closer to being asleep than awake so he was no help either.)

What I am expecting for next year? Between Luis and I, we have so many tiny goals that we want to accomplish, but goals as an entire family would be to enjoy each day to its fullest and learn to appreciate even the smallest of details. I am very thankful for a successful 2018 and I am excited and ready to receive 2019! But if I am completely honest, I can't believe 2018 went flying by so quick, and I am very nervous for 2019 lol. I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year and may 2019 be a better more successful year to come and may God bless everyone of you and thank you for coming to my blog! Hope you can come back next year!
